Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma D3 any major
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Ticketing
• Experience in a Travel Agency with authorisation to issue tickets.
• Can work on complicated Itineraries in Sabre for Domestic & International itineraries.
• Could operate on Sabre thoroughly (issuance/reissuances or exchanges/refunds etc of International / Domestic Tickets.
• Issuing International and domestic tickets and reissuance and cancellation of tickets.
• Willing to work on Saturdays and beyond regular office hours.
• Fluent in English (Speaking / Writing).
• Strong communication skills, ability to solve problems, and work under pressure of immediate deadlines

Job Description:

• Manage company service level quality and minimize complain
• Manage all setting and Clients set up in GDS
• Stay informed of regulatory and security issues and escalate when necessary
• Maintain relationship with the airliners
• Provide out of hours support to Operations team when required in relation on-tour air and ticketing issues and when required provide air product and ticketing support to Management.
• Maintain IATA accreditation documents to stay compliant.
• Improve subordinate industry knowledge by creating internal training
• Handling customer complaints and queries.
• Planning maintenance work, events and room bookings
• Promoting and marketing the business
• Make reports regularly to the Director
