Tentang Pekerjaan
- Updating organization structure, job description, and KPI.
- Identifying opportunities for performance, development, and implementation of high impact talent program.
- Identifying employee metrics, proposing and implementing an effective development plan (including learning programs, coaching, and mentoring).
- Responsible for meeting employee request (recruitment).
- Ensuring company policies are followed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
- Having experience and good knowledge in psychological testing.
- Having at least 3 years experience as supervisor in related field.
- Having excellent interpersonal, writing and written communication skills.
- Having experience as trainer is a plus.
- Skills in google data studio or any dash-boarding software is a plus.
- Having experience in Corporate Transformation project is a plus.
