Tentang Pekerjaan

The Ideal Candidate will:

Plan and execute brand & business objectives; KPI’s
Lead business analytics – consumer profiling, sales analysis, market share analysis & competitor reviews to interpret & strengthen brand strategic plans & objectives
Develop integrated marketing plans from product launches, promotions and media engagement to grow and build brand leadership
Develop & Lead digital & social media strategies to increase brand engagement
Develop & drive brand merchandising guidelines & adhered across all different retail channel distribution
Manage brand A&P;, P&L;, forecasting and optimize brand investments
Be “hands on“ and independently lead the brand by working closely with cross functional teams from sales team, finance and operations to achieve brand objectives
CRM :
Activate corporate or dedicated EDM and Social Paid Ads by brands or corporate
Manage KCP marketing calendar, aligning with marketing team and e-com team and propose CRM tools to best support the campaign
Ensure that budget, campaign assets and captions running as schedule
Help designing, connecting and consolidating brand’s brief with regional’s guideline and timeline along with the revisions that come from both parties
Compiling bank statement from our finance team and aligning each social ads invoice to Finance, each activities must be according to plan and statement
Consolidating each brand’s budget for Luxemall and report to E-com team, some activities are operated directly by CRM based on confirmation from eCommere
Analysing tableu report for EDM and Social Ads report from regional
Do market research and aware targeting demographic for the ads to run when running the social ads

Requirements:

University degree in marketing or related business
FMCG experience, critical to success with at least 3-5 years in a reputable FMCG company managing a brand
Priority & preferably the candidate has experience managing SKINCARE/ FRAGRANCE brand
Demonstrated experience in working with databases, data analysis, segmentation and email marketing platforms.
Advanced level of computer literacy in Microsoft packages, particularly in Excel.
Ability to manage projects, organise and prioritise.
Excellent team player and interpersonal skills.
Accurate, systematic and methodical.
Numerate with the ability to produce reports and derive valuable insights and analysis with suggestions for improving the existing strategy.
Strategic mindset, analytical & insights driven to create opportunities
Strong communication & interpersonal skills, bi-lingual (English & Bahasa)
Team player, self – confident with strong leadership qualities
Independent & Innovative, multi-task and good time management skills
