• Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns online & offline platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
• Analysing the success of various marketing campaigns, KOL, channel distribution and creating reports
• Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends
• Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
• Develop and plan marketing strategies of the assigned brands.
• Plan and implement activities such as promotional activities, ads, events, POS marketing etc.
• Create, direct and monitor new product launches, thematic advertising, exhibitions, photoshoot, joint promotion with media partners and third parties.
• Co-work with respective trade channels for promotional mechanism, special offers, instore display and POS materials, etc.
• Plan, monitor and review on the marketing budget.
• Conceptualize and initiate digital and social media campaigns.
• Responsible for planning and delivering innovative content across all social media platforms.
• Responsible for content creation including design and copy writing for digital ads and related marketing collaterals.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage the e-commerce business by planning and executing online campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor competitor's activities through e-commerce distribution, social media, ads, data analysis, etc as well as current market performance and trends.

Requirements

• Proven working experience as Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager
• Minimal 7 years experience in a marketing or brand management role in Skincare or Makeup industry is A Must
• Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
• Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
• Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
• Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
• Outstanding communication skills
• Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
• Degree in marketing or a related field
